Directions
- Adults (18 years and over): Chew 2-3 gummies twice a day.
- 8g of fibre – 2 gummies taken twice per day provides 8 grams of fibre.
- 12g of fibre – 3 gummies taken twice per day provides 12 grams of fibre.
