Naturally Sourced Fibre - These gummies are made with naturally sourced inulin, a prebiotic fibre that helps grow the healthy bacteria in your gut while promoting regularity.

Directions

  • Adults (18 years and over): Chew 2-3 gummies twice a day.
  • 8g of fibre – 2 gummies taken twice per day provides 8 grams of fibre.
  • 12g of fibre – 3 gummies taken twice per day provides 12 grams of fibre.
  • Take with at least 240mL of liquid and 2 hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
