As per the RestoraFIBRE® Junior product label, the directions are: Children 4-6 years old: Chew 3 gummies per day. Children 7 years and older: Chew 2 gummies twice a day. Take with at least 250mL of liquid and 2 hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
